Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to purchase any product from us.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
- You may not share your account with third parties.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Products and services
We sell digital products and services, including:
- Tatkal booking software licenses
- VPS server access
- Dedicated Linux proxy IPs
- VPN subscriptions
- Combo packs
All products are licensed, not sold. License terms are described on each product page.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
- Payments are accepted through UPI. You must enter the correct UTR after paying.
- Orders are confirmed only after we successfully verify your payment.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly to your account once payment is confirmed. In rare cases (server provisioning, manual review), delivery may take up to 60 minutes. We will notify you on WhatsApp if any delay is expected.
Refunds
Because we deal in digital products and services, all sales are generally final. We may make exceptions, at our sole discretion, if:
- The product was never delivered due to a fault on our side, or
- The product is materially broken and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase via our Contact page.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use our products or services to:
- Break Indian law
- Attack, harass or defraud any person or organisation
- Bypass IRCTC's terms of service in ways that violate their booking rules
- Resell our products without an explicit reseller agreement
- Distribute malware, spam or illegal content
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
